Hopefully you love everything you purchase from us. However, we understand that not all purchases work out and we’re here to help! Please see the return/exchange policy below and contact us with any additional questions you may have.
If your clothing or shoe item does not fit or if you are not satisfied with it, we are happy to offer you an exchange (if available) or store credit. Our return policy is only for STORE CREDIT.
All items must be returned in their original (unworn, unwashed, un-altered, free of marks, make-up stains, animal hair, perfume, deodorant, or cigarette smoke scents) condition in order to be eligible for return. You must notify us with the intention to return an item within 5 days of receipt and all items must be received at our location within 15 days from original receipt.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we must be notified within 3 days of receipt.
If an item is returned that does not meet the above criteria or without notifying us prior, we will not offer a store credit or exchange, nor will we be responsible or obligated to return any items to you.
If you meet the above requirements and would like to return an item, please use our Contact Us page to let us know which item(s) you’ll be returning. Please be sure to include the item(s) you’ll be returning, reason for the return, your order number, name, and contact information. We will reply with the information needed to complete the return. We strongly encourage holding onto the tracking information for your return package as we will not be responsible for any package lost in transit. Once we receive your returned item(s), they will be processed within 5 business days, after which you will be emailed an electronic gift card for the amount of your original purchase, minus shipping charges. All shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with the return and delivery of all items.
All sales are final on sale and clearance items, as well as on accessories and jewelry. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these items.

Please include your original packing slip so we may process your return as quick as possible. We highly recommend purchasing insurance and holding onto the tracking information for your package, as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Shipping within the U.S.
We offer FREE standard shipping for orders shipped in the Contiguous 48 states, which can take up to 7 business days to be delivered. We also offer Priority shipping, which is free for orders over $75, and normally takes 3-5 business days to be delivered.
We ship packages UPS/USPS with delivery confirmation to the address provided during checkout. If the incorrect address is given, you are responsible for the lost package and additional shipping fees to get the item shipped back to the correct address. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If tracking shows your package has been delivered, please check with neighbors and family to ensure they didn’t receive it by mistake. If they did not, a claim would need to be filed with USPS by going to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and filing a claim online. USPS policy states that you must wait 7-15 days from the date showing the item was delivered before creating an insurance claim for a lost/stolen package. If tracking shows your package has not be delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay, please contact us so we may help you.
Shipping to Canada
All order shipped to Canada will ship for a flat rate of $20. We are not responsible for any additional customs charges once the package leaves the US.

Unless otherwise stated, items will ship within 3-5 business days. Order placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day.
